Amelie & Alicia provide a safe and fun learning experience for your children on the water. Lessons are a combination of on-land training and on-water training. They run weekend courses and are available for private hire for kids or families or birthday parties. Children should bring water bottles. Lifejackets are provided, but if you have your own please bring it for accurate fit.
SUP kid courses are two 2 hour lessons/fun/skills training/games on the water courses on Saturday and Sunday. Kids will be taught safety on the water, weather safety, water confidence, basic forward and back paddle strokes, C strokes, rotation, pivoting, balance and how to care and maintain your Paddleboard. On this course they will learn how to quickly and efficiently do a 360 turn, proper standing and paddle techniques and learn some fun paddleboard games like piano tiles and flower creation. Kids will laugh, jump and play in a fun environment while learning useful paddle techniques.
If your child has taken previous Levels with us let us know and we will test them on day two to see whether they qualify for the next level.

3 DAY SUMMER CAMP: July 11-15, 2022.
All Levels, age 8-13 (Monday, Wednesday & Thursday)
10.30am - 2.30pm (paddleboard, games, Arth badi)
This is a 3 day camp to account for the weather. We will anticipate Monday, Wednesday & Thursday but may amend the days based on weather conditions and try to accommodate participants.
Level 1: CHF175 (minimum age 8, unless private booking made). 3-4 hours of instruction. This is our introductory course. Learning safety on the water, basic weather reading, practice front and back strokes, fun games on the water. Learning to stand and yoga poses. This level is a fun introduction for comfort on the water and basic techniques and all participants will receive a Level 1 certificate. (max 10 students)
Level 2: CHF 175 (minimum age 10 or completed level 1). 3-4 hours of instruction. This is a step up from the level 1 course where kids must show comfort standing on board in flat water, understand when to use front, back, C and J stroke, learn basic rescues. Learn and be able to dismantle and set up paddle. All participants will receive Level 2 certificate on completion.
